Kinerva is the trading name of Kinerva Nutrición Funcional S.A.S., based at Carrera 21 # 53-42, Teusaquillo, Bogotá, D.C., 111311, Colombia. The seller's commercial details, address, and contact information appear in the Legal Notice and in your order summary. Returned packages are only accepted at the address we provide following your message; avoid sending packages to any other location.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products. Both the items and this website are intended for personal, non-professional use, unless prior written authorization is granted. We reserve the right to decline, reduce, or cancel orders if details are unclear, stock is unavailable, or we detect signs of fraud, refunding any payment made where applicable.

Prices are shown in COP. Shipping fees are detailed at checkout before completing your purchase. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatching the parcel so you can confirm the actual price or cancel the order at no charge.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Prices for orders sent to Colombia include VAT where applicable. If the package travels outside Colombia, import fees, duties, and clearance costs are the buyer's responsibility according to local customs regulations. If the shipment is rejected at customs, it will be treated as a return, and shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We accept Bank transfer. We do not store or request banking passwords or card details on this website.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Your order is registered once payment is completed. You will receive an email with your tracking number; the purchase contract is finalized the moment we pack and dispatch your tubs or gels and send you the shipping notification. Prior to that point, we may decline the order and refund the amount paid.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

No shipment will leave the warehouse if payment remains pending or fails. If you choose cash on delivery and fail to collect the parcel or refuse it upon arrival at your door, the package will return to our facility and the order will be cancelled.

We only collect the information necessary to deliver your supplements, answer your questions, and maintain website functionality, as stated in our Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and technical identifiers is detailed in our Cookie Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these terms.

Take each supplement following the guidelines on its product page, tub label, and enclosed leaflet. Always store tubs out of the reach of young children, unless the product is specifically for children. Catalog images match what we prepare in the warehouse; container shades may look slightly different depending on your screen settings, which does not constitute a defect.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Store tubs and gels in a cool, dry place as directed on the label. Do not consume the product after the expiration or best-before date. Dispose of empty containers and leftovers in the appropriate recycling bins in accordance with local regulations.

Discounts displayed in the store apply to purchases completed while the discount is visible and cannot be combined with other offers, unless expressly stated. Promo codes must be entered before payment and cannot be applied retroactively. If your purchase included a promotional gift, it must be returned if you return the main order.

Shipping methods, rates, and transit times are outlined in the Shipping and Delivery section. These delivery windows are estimates based on business days after leaving our warehouse, not guaranteed deadlines. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

We remain responsible for the order until the courier delivers it to your doorstep or designated recipient; from that moment, responsibility passes to you. If you notice transit damage to the package, report it to [email protected] within 48 hours with photos of the packaging. Double-check your shipping address before placing the order: if the parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failure to pick it up, we will refund your purchase minus shipping costs.

You have 60 days from delivery to return items according to our Returns and Refunds policy. Please request a return authorization code first and ship the parcel only to the designated address. The refund covers the product cost; original shipping is only refunded if there was an error in packaging or the tub arrived damaged. Your statutory right of withdrawal remains protected under local regulations.

Our supplements match the details published on their product pages and are shipped in proper condition. In accordance with the Colombian Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), the statutory warranty applies to packaging defects, pre-delivery breakage, or batch inconsistencies, provided the products have been stored in cool, dry places. If any batch shows a defect covered by the statutory warranty in your jurisdiction, we will inspect it to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. This does not cover damage caused by improper storage at home, normal wear and tear, or damage occurring after delivery.

It is strictly prohibited to use this store to place fraudulent orders, disrupt servers, harvest third-party data, or post defamatory or unlawful comments. We reserve the right to revoke access for anyone who violates these rules.

Photos, formula descriptions, logos, and code on this website are the property of Kinerva Nutrición Funcional S.A.S. or its licensors. You may view or print excerpts for personal reference; any other copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation requires our prior written authorization.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against third-party claims arising from any breach of these terms or from the content you submit to the site, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Laws of the Republic of Colombia, subject to the provisions of Law 1480 of 2011 and the regulatory authorities of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. If a dispute arises and we cannot resolve it through direct discussion, the matter may be brought before the courts of the jurisdiction where our registered office is located; individual consumer clients retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own place of residence. Mandatory consumer protection regulations in force in your country that cannot be waived by contract remain fully effective.

Packing slips, dispatch updates, receipts, and any legal notices are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please keep that inbox active and check your spam folder; a notice sent to that address is formally deemed received.

We reserve the right to transfer the rights and obligations under this contract to another company in the event of a business transfer, provided your consumer guarantees are not diminished. You may not assign your contractual rights without our prior written consent.

Our failure to immediately enforce strict compliance with any provision here does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

If any provision of this text becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue in full force and effect, replacing the affected part with a valid provision that best reflects its original intent.

We reserve the right to close your account or refuse new purchases to anyone who disregards these guidelines. Any parcels already in transit to your address will not be affected.

These terms, together with the referenced legal notices and the purchase receipt, constitute the entire agreement for your order. If available in different languages, the version in the language of the website where you placed your order will prevail.
