Returns & Refunds

You have a window of 60 days from the date the package is delivered to your address to request a return. This option covers damaged tubs, faulty seals, incorrect items, or if you simply choose to withdraw from the purchase.

• Damaged or defective item: prompt replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges; please include photos of the product in your message.
• Incorrect product sent: we will ship the correct item and collect the wrong package at no cost to you.
• Voluntary return: the supplement or gel must remain unopened in its original box with all seals intact; return shipping costs are your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Opened tubs or containers that compromise hygiene or health cannot be returned, unless they have a verified manufacturing defect.

• Within 60 days of delivery, contact us at [email protected] or call +57 319 745 7762, providing your order reference, the reason, and photos if the item arrived damaged.
• You will receive a response within one business day providing your return authorization and the destination address.
• Pack the supplement in its original box, include a sheet with your return code inside, and seal the package securely.
• Ship it to the specified address and email us the tracking code. Keep the courier receipt until your refund is credited.

We inspect the parcel within 3 business days of arrival at our facility and notify you by email. The refund is issued via the original payment method: cash on delivery orders are transferred to your specified bank account, and bank transfer payments are returned to the same account. Banks take between 1 and 5 business days to post the funds.

If you prefer a different formula or size, process a return and order the new item from the store; we will refund the original item once received. To cancel an order free of charge before courier pickup, notify us at [email protected] with your order number.
